Before you sign an Occupation Right Agreement to live in the Wanaka Retirement Village, you must be given copies of the following documents:

• Disclosure Statement
• Occupation Right Agreement (which contains the Code of Residents' Rights and the Rules of the village)
• Code of Practice
• Deed of Supervision

The most recent audited financial statements of the village operator (as PSO Retirement Villages Limited is a new company, this information will not be available to the first occupants. We are happy to provide you with a copy of Presbyterian Support Otago Incorporated’s most recent audited financial statements.)
