The Apartments

The weekly Village Outgoings fee for villa residents will be $92 for one-bedroom apartments and $102.22 for two-bedroom appartments. Fees are paid monthly in advance.

Services provided for this fee are fully detailed in the ORA, and include rates, insurances, gardening, maintenance and the Statutory Supervisor service.
